We are very pleased to present you the first newsletter of the Department of Geography. In the newsletter we inform all members of the GIUB and all those interested in our department once a semester in a compact form about recent developments and past and upcoming events. It comprises the following categories: changes in personnel, news from research and teaching and other GIUB news as well as upcoming events.
In order to make the new publications of GIUB scientists more visible, these will also appear in the coming newsletters. You can enter your new publications quickly and easily in this form on our website. This information is also used to promote publications on social media (i.e., Bluesky).
