The University of Granada (Spanish: Universidad de Granada, UGR) is located in the city of Granada, Spain. Founded in 1531, it is organized into 17 faculties. Today, it has more than 60,000 enrolled students and, with around 1,500 incoming students each year, ranks among the most popular destinations in Europe for participants in the Erasmus program.
