Transcript of Records (ToR)

Here you´ll find the information on how to download your Transcript of Records from BASIS and how to get it in English. If you have any questions or problems, you can contact the examination office.

You can create and print off your transcript yourself from your Transcript of Records (ToR). Proceed as follows:

• Log in to BASIS with your university ID and password
• Click on “Leistungsübersicht” (Course achievements) on the start screen
• Scroll down to the “Bescheinigungen” (Reports) section at the bottom of the page
• Click on the desired option and download it
