International
"Internationality" is a central component of the University of Bonn's mission statement. The university's aim is to be among the top universities with international visibility. Internationally renowned research as well as the university's many international cooperations help to achieve this goal.
The Department of Geography is home to a variety of international contacts and collaborations, which are mostly based upon international research activities and ERASMUS-cooperations.
The Department offers the international Master programme "Environmental Risk and Human Security" (Joint Master with the United Nations University).
