Digital technologies and digital-enhanced methods in research
Roundtable with Prof Dorothea Kleine (University of Sheffield)
Geographers have been working on the digital, and many more geographers, right across our subdisciplines, work through the digital and with the digital in their research. In this session, we seek to encourage colleagues to share their insights from working with digital technologies and digital-enhanced methodologies, in particular in participatory research.
The talk will reflect on implications for inclusivity, voice, agency, and research dynamics. In both the talk and roundtable dialogue we will discuss the opportunities digital and digital-enhanced methods offer, as well as limitations and new areas for methodological innovation.
